Printing and branding
Screen printing, flatbed UV printing and foil blocking, applied in-house so your job stays under one roof.
Materials
- Flexible PVC. Clear, coloured and frosted sheet in a range of gauges. Welds cleanly for strong, sealed seams.
- Polypropylene. Lightweight, rigid and durable. Ideal for folders, dividers and covers.
- Heavy-gauge sheet. For mining, construction and industrial covers that need to last on site.
Processes
- High-frequency (RF) welding. Seals PVC from the inside out for neat, strong seams on wallets, binders and pockets.
- Cutting and die cutting. Cut to size and shape, from single samples to production runs.
- Screen printing and UV flatbed printing. Your logo and artwork printed directly onto the product.
- Foil blocking. Metallic branding on covers and binders.
- Assembly. Ring mechanisms, eyelets, rivets, press studs and pen loops fitted in-house.
